Typically run over a 4-6 month period we take a multi-modular approach including a mixture of thought leadership, facilitated discussions, targeted activities and individual mentoring to help delegates achieve lasting change.

Tailored for you

The modular programme can be designed to accommodate the specific needs and challenges you face.  Often modules include topics such as Understanding Your Leadership Style, Self-awareness and Inclusive Leadership, Leading and Managing Teams, Managing Difficult People and Conversations, Innovation and Managing Change.

Delegates can receive one-to-one coaching as part of the programme to help them apply learnings to their own situation and “hold their feet to the fire”.

Our programme has been independently verified and accredited by The Institute of Leadership as being world-class.  Accreditation not only means that you can expect the highest standards, as assessed by experts, but also that each delegate is given access to the Institute’s knowledge centre and events as well as transferable digital credentials and the award of postnominal letters MIoL.  The most senior of our delegates have gone on to upgrade this membership to Fellow status.

Spotlight on The Technology Partnership, Cambridge

The Technology Partnership (TTP), is an independent technology and product development consultancy. They work with start-ups and established companies to accelerate innovation and bring groundbreaking products to market.  They focus on a wide range of sectors including Deep Tech, Life Sciences, and Health Tech.

We partnered with TTP to design and deliver a development programme for their project leaders – taking already capable project leaders, with high potential, and equipping them for taking on larger, more complex projects.  The programme was run as a hybrid with some parts being delivered internally, other parts by us.

Spotlight on Chauvet Europe

Chauvet is a global leader in the entertainment lighting industry. From DJ lighting to the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury, Chauvet is known for its innovative and high-quality lighting fixtures, control systems, and power distribution equipment.

With a very disparate organisation structure across multiple European countries we were asked to design and deliver a pan-European leadership development programme. Our multi-module solution, with integrated one-to-one executive coaching, focused on providing practical tools and tips. We helped to raise managers self-awareness, enabling them to better manage themselves and others, effectively delegate, performance manage and prepare for and have difficult conversations.
